PROGRESSIVE CHA CHA WORKSHOPS & FREESTYLE DANCING

VENUE
Please note that there has been an unavoidable change of venue, we will now be using The Shenstone Club, 99-101 Kent Road, Halesowen, B62 8PB instead of our previous venue
This venue is easily accessible being located approximately a 3 minute drive from junction 3 of the M5 motorway and provides free on-site parking, air conditioning, ceiling fans and an inexpensive bar
TIMETABLE
First session - Sunday 24th July
- Looking at transition from dancing ON1 to dancing ON2, and practice
- Adding to the basic cha cha cha step, still practicing it ON2
- Learning some of the basic footwork and encouraging use of correct techniques
- Progressing to improver level partnerwork
Second session - Sunday 7th August
- Recap on previous workshop
- Progressing to popular shines
- Moving on to Improver's turn patterns in partnerwork with emphasis on technique
Third session - Sunday 21st August
- Recap on previous workshop
- Adding more intricate footwork
- Partnerwork progression to Improver plus level and beyond
- Recap on whole workshop

7.30pm til 9.15pm Workshops (with break midway)
9.15pm til 11.00pm Social dancing (emphasis on cha cha and salsa music)
