LADIES STYLING AND DANCE PROGRESSION EVENTS
These intensive workshops are aimed at Improver and Intermediate level dancers.
We limit the amount of places on these workshops to ensure individual attention and progression, they are not "drop in" events. Pre-booking is necessary to secure your place.
Ladies styling & dance progression workshop with
Terry from Encantada Dance Company and Lindsey from B60 Salsa
The workshop will cover Spinning Techniques and Drills, Shines, Footwork, Styling Techniques, Body Balance, Body Movement and Body Isolation. There are also some set exercises for you to take away with you and practice at home, enabling ladies styling to become second nature to you.
The format of the day will be as follows:
10.45am – Registration followed by Ice Breaker & Warm Up
11.00am – Session 1
12.15pm – Session 2
1.15pm – Lunch
2.00pm – Session 3
3.15pm – Session 4
4.15pm – 4.30pm – Q & A session/practice
4.30pm – Close
There is a short break between each session.

The cost of the workshop is £25. Food and beverages can be purchased at the venue. Simply contact us to book your place - you can pay in cash on the day, or by cheque 10 working days prior to the event.
